Weddingly answers

Everything you need to know before you begin

Open a question to see the detail. Each answer reflects how the connected Weddingly experience works today.

Do guests need a Weddingly account?

No. Invited households use a private invitation link for RSVP, arrival details and any event experiences the couple has enabled.

What happens if the venue internet is unreliable?

A prepared check-in device can continue with a minimal offline guest list and record arrivals for later reconciliation. The event team should also keep the documented manual guest list available as a fallback.

Are marketplace prices and availability confirmed?

No. Vendor profiles and planning estimates help you compare options. The vendor must confirm the final price, scope and availability directly with you.

Who can see Photo Booth uploads?

The couple controls gallery access and moderation. Upload permission and gallery viewing are separate, so collecting a photo does not automatically make it visible to every guest.

Can we use our own wedding domain?

Yes, when the selected package includes a custom domain. Every published wedding website can also use its Weddingly address.

How do Weddingly packages work?

Each package covers one wedding and combines guest capacity with a clear set of planning, website and event-day tools. You can compare every limit on the Packages page before you get started.

Does Lola make decisions for the couple?

Lola creates structured planning drafts from the wedding details you share. The owner can shape assumptions, amounts and tasks, then choose when a revision becomes the current plan.

Does the public wedding website expose the guest list?

No. The public site does not receive event ownership, budgets, guest records, invitation capabilities, QR payloads or private media.

How does a professional planner access a wedding?

The couple creates the event, links the planner organisation and grants access to a registered planner. The couple controls collaborator permissions and can revoke access.
